Refund policy

Our Mission is to sell the best quality products at a reasonable price thereby providing the best value for money and a smile on your face, through timely delivery and exceptional service. We strive for quality and believe in building relationships hence will only promote products that are durable and long lasting. Our endeavour is to give you support throughout the product life cycle and guide you in taking the right buying decisions. Therefore, we have a transparent cancellation, return and refund policy.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and want to cancel an order, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of the same being received. A cancellation fee of 2-4% of the order amount will be charged depending on the payment mode. However you can request for a modification that is another product. 

No cancellations are entertained for those product/s that has been made on special offers, closeout deals  or during the sale period. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case of receipt of damaged goods please report the same to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of the same being delivered to you. You will need to provide 360 degree images of the product and the brand box failing which we will not be able to help you.

Defective products fall under 2 categories:

1) Manufacturer/Brand Warranty: Kindly contact the brand's Customer Care Team and they will guide you on the replacement process.
2) Seller Warranty:  Get in touch with our Customer Service Team through whatsapp/email.

Returns & Refund

Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.

When requesting a return, kindly provide 360 degree images of the product and the brand box without which we will not be able to approve the same. 

We provide free returns for all products except those which fall under the heavy/large category. These products will have to be returned by the customer at his own cost.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the plastic bags, original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoice without any damage.

Any product which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal is broken is non-returnable.

Any product which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed is non-returnable.

Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

Products specially ordered on customer’s request cannot be returned under any circumstances. 

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of product/s during transit.

In case if an e-coupon or promo code has been used, the refund amount will be the original amount paid at the time of purchasing the product.

Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us or send Enquiry Form if you are unsure of the products prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed as Store Credits or Coupon Code for the original amount.

There may be certain orders that we unable to accept and must cancel. theWinkel.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by theWinkel.com's credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
